Succulent and smokey

Have been really happy with my order, arrived early on a hot day, nice and cold. Flavours are fabulous, great to introduce various family members to your wild meats. Much loved smoked venison and mild kangaroo Mettwurst(even the little kids!) Still trying the spicy venison chorizo. Looking forward to ordering again. Thank you.

Spring Ridge Wild Venison Leg Ham

Simply delicious. Loved it.
This was a bit of a first-time experiment; for both the ham and Australian Meats. And I'm happy to say I was very pleased with both. I've enjoyed venison before in restaurants, but never as a ham. The meat was quite dense, a bit gamey (but not too much; certainly not over-powering) and very slightly sweet in flavour. Glazed with spicy mango, we had hot slices with roasties and veggies, then cold cut sandwiches, Eggs Benedict breakfasts and Im about to finish it with egg and chips. Also very impressed with Australian Meats; excellent help and support in placing and confirming the order and delivery address, tracking updates and delivery notifications. Thank You. Will definitely be exploring the rest of the range.
