Ordered both mild and hot venison salami I must say absolutely outstanding didn't think it was going to taste so good. Will be definitely ording again especially the hot ones.

Pretty good, nice herb seasoning, fairly decent texture.

As someone who was vegetarian my whole life, and vegan for almost a decade (personal preference), I despise heavily processed foods and unnatural additives (like chem treatments, and growth hormones) but wanted to start eating some meat for the high iron content so wild game was the obvious choice. Got a box of venison cuts and products, all good quality, got no complaints.

In Polish cooking for Roman roast or meatballs I usually blend veal and pork mince and add carraway seeds, dill, spices and sourdough bread.
The boar mince is the perfect mince stand alone.
I buy 6 at a time and freeze.❤️

Umm, you might be mortified to know that I purchased this not only for my family but also for my raw fed dog. She loves it. I love the packaging as it means I can fit more in my freezer. I only buy the best quality I can find and this fits the bill perfectly. We will be customers for life. Beautiful product.

The kangaroo, chilli and cheese kransky's are a winner! Great flavour and the perfect amount of spice. I've ordered more! I also rate the kangaroo and cheese variety, but the added chilli is my favourite. Cheers!

Best meat I've ever had. Venison can be quite tricky if not well clean but the Spring ridge one was very clean, properly cut and the taste was excellent, good quality meat. Thank you Australian meat will definitely order more☺️
